16)THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK HAS BEEN CLEANED. 23)TCS FOODS STORED IN THE WALK-IN COOLER ARE LABELED WITH THE DATE OF PREPARATION. 38)NO LIVE PESTS WERE OBSERVED DURING THE TODAY'S INSPECTION. GLUE TRAPS ARE NOW IN PLACE THROUGHOUT THE KITCHEN. THE FREQUENCY OF REGULAR PEST SERVICE HAS INCREASED. CONTINUE TO WORK WITH THE PEST CONTROL PROFESSIONAL TO ELIMINATE THESE PESTS. 49)ALL SURFACES NOTED IN THE PREVIOUS INSPECTION HAVE BEEN CLEANED. CLEAN ALL SURFACES AT THE END OF EACH DAY OF FOOD PREP, ESPECIALLY THE FRYERS AND SURROUNDING FLOOR AND WALLS. NO ADDITIONAL FOLLOW UP IS REQUIRED FOR THESE ITEMS. |
